Terms and Conditions:
This Contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd., EON Berhad, its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants are strictly not allowed to participate in this Contest.
An entry is deemed eligible by fulfilling the following requirements:
Spend at any Sunway Malls for EIDisi Manis from 28 February – 6 April 2025 (except Sunway Giza and Sunway Citrine)
Each redemption automatically earns an entry to one (1) lucky draw.
Lucky draw Contest ends on 6 April 2025, and the winners will be announced by 14 April 2025.
By participating in this Contest, all participants consent to giving Sunway Malls and EON Berhad the right to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Contest as well as for marketing and promotional activities conducted by EON Berhad.
EON Berhad reserves the right to select the color of the prizes where applicable. Visual(s) of the prizes used in any advertisement, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Contest is/are only for illustration purposes and may not depict the actual color or specifications of the prizes and excludes any optional accessories. Prizes are given out on an “as is” basis.
By participating in this Contest, the winners acknowledge and agree that Sunway Malls and EON Berhad exclude all warranty and/or liability in connection with the awarded prizes and/or the Contest. Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) resulting from their participation in the Contest, redemption and/or usage of the prizes.
Sunway Malls may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Contest and extending the Contest period. Any such changes will be announced on Sunway Malls or individual mall’s official website or Facebook page.
Three (3) winners will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries after the end of the campaign and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Sunway Malls, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by Sunway Malls. The drawing decision is final, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
If Sunway Malls is unable to contact the winners after three (3) attempts within 2 days from the first attempt of contact, Sunway Malls reserves the right to cancel the winners’ entry, the non-contactable winners shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Malls on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
Sunway Malls reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prizes with other items of similar value at any time, if the stated prizes are not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice.
Sunway Malls’ decisions on any matter relating to this Contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Malls.
The winners must produce their identification card for verification and registration purposes before collecting the prize.
In the event the winners fail to show up during the agreed time of prize collection, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prizes, which the prizes shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
The prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-resalable and/or non-exchangeable for cash.
A total of three (3) prizes will be given as the “Grand Prize”. Only one (1) winner will be selected for each prize.

The prize ceremony will be held at Sunway Pyramid. However, winners are required to collect the actual prizes at EON Head Office Complex, Glenmarie. Date and time shall be notified to the winners via email or any other mode of communication appropriate by Sunway Malls and EON Berhad.
All taxes, costs, charges, fees and/or expenses of whatsoever nature that are associated with the prizes shall be borne by the winners absolutely. For clarity, the winners shall bear the car registration fee, road tax, insurance coverage and any other miscellaneous costs relating to the prizes.
The registration process must be completed within thirty (30) days upon announcement of the winners.
Sunway Malls reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
