Tier 1 Redemption
Not valid for receipts from Mercato, MH Din Money Changer, bill payments, card reloads, and instalment plan payments.

Tier 2 Redemption
Only receipts from F&B outlets are eligible.

Each stamp must be earned from a different F&B outlet within Sunway Putra Mall.

10 lucky winners will be announced one week after campaign ends.

To qualify for Tier 2:
Shoppers must make at least one Tier 1-eligible purchase (minimum RM50 in a single receipt) from 26 May to 15 June 2025.

Food Passports can be collected from the Redemption Booth (GF) upon meeting this requirement.

Winner Selection & Prize Collection:
Winners will be selected randomly and contacted via email or any method deemed appropriate by Sunway Putra Mall.

Failure to respond after 3 contact attempts within 2 days will result in disqualification.

Winners must present their MyKad for prize collection.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of similar value, subject to availability.

Redemption Guidelines (Tier 1 & Tier 2)
Redemptions available daily from 10am to 10pm at the Concierge Counter, Ground Floor.

Limited to 3 redemptions per customer per day.

Only original same-day receipts from Sunway Putra Mall are accepted. No photocopies accepted.

Tenant owners and staff are not eligible to redeem using receipts from their own outlets.

Manual or e-redemption forms must be completed.

Redemption items available while stocks last.

Redemption booth staff may verify purchased items.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All participants consent to Sunway Putra Mall collecting, recording, holding, storing, using, and disclosing their personal information for purposes related to or required for participation in the activity and contest.

Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to modify any of these Terms and Conditions, including terminating or suspending this competition and extending its duration at any given time.

Sunway Putra Mall decisions on all contest-related matters are final and binding on all contestants. Whenever issues arise that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Sunway Putra Mall will make the final determination.

All entries for redemption will be the property of Sunway Putra Mall and the participants will not claim, use, or exploit the entries for any purpose by any means at any time. By entering the Campaign, each participant agrees that Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the participants and/or winners as material for advertising and/or publicity purposes without payment or prior notice, and further agree that by entering the Campaign, all participants and/or the winners waive all rights associated with the image they have submitted for the campaign. Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.

By participating the Campaign, all participants is deemed to have read, understood all the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and they are fully and unconditionally agreed to be bound by it (as varied or changed). Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary for legal, technical, or commercial reasons at any time without prior notice and any such amendments shall be effective in the posting on Sunway Putra Mall’s website. Please check these terms and conditions regularly to see if there have been any changes.

Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice if it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sunway Putra Mall, despite their best efforts.

Any terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign which is illegal, prohibited, or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition, or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.
